How to keep our health
Healthy is very important in our live, without it we cannot perform our activity very well. There are six ways to keep our health: we must consume enough meal which is able to provide the body need; we must drink fresh water; we have to do some sport frequently; we must take enough sleep; we must have positive attitude or positive thinking; we must keep everything clean and hygienic and the last, we must avoid drugs. Health is one of the most important factors to our body. Many people shrug their shouldrers and ignore their health. (njahc, 2006)
The first ways to keep our body healthy is that we must always choose meal which are able to provide the body need such as vitamin, minerals, calcium, carbohydrates, protein, fat and fiber. You can get it from vegetables, fruits, fish, eggs, meat, milk, etc. You can get vitamin b from avocado and tomato, than you will get vitamin c from orange, grape, and strawberry. We can sonsume carrot which is rich with vitamin a. The immune system will be down if we lack of vitamin and mineral in our bodies. And we can get many proteins from fish and eggs. Than we must avoid junk food and preserved food because they are not good for our body and we can lessen consuming salt and sugar. (bory senko, 1984). Al qur’an surah al-a’raf: 31 ALLAH SWT says: we must not drink and eat too much, because ALLAH does not like people who do something too much. (QS:7:31)
Secondly, we must drink fresh water 6 until 12 glasses each day. Drinking enough water can make our body free from dehydration. It can keep the function of the lungs work properly, and keep our skin always moist. Our body need enough liquid because liquid is very important for our body. If our body lost the liquid, it can make us weak. Furthermore, we cannot perform our activity every day. (k.jerome, 1998)
Thirdly we have to do some sport frequently. You can spare time around 30 until 45 minutes each day in the morning or afternoon. Lack of sport can make our muscle weak. It is better if we do sport every day. It does not cost much money to do sport. We do not have to go to the gym or do the expensive sport such as bowling, hokey, and other kind of expensive sport. The cheapest sport is jogging or cycling and there are many exercises when we can do indoor sport such as push up, scout jump, weight lifting and may be some sorts of aerobic exercise around our house. We can do it without going out home. If you exercise each day, it can prevent obesities, osteoporosis, diabetes, etc. Therefore, we can choose sport in case to make our body fresh and active every day. (syakur, 2011)
Next, ways we must have enough sleep between 7 and 8 hours each day because our body needs to take a rest after having activities all the day. It can refresh our body and our brain. Research indicates if you lack of sleep or do not have enough sleep, it can because heart attract. And if you sleep with good, comfortable and sound asleep, it can make fresh and ready to do activities like each day after you sleep. So you must sleep to keep our healthy. (wikipedia, 2006). In addition sleep can also be someone who makes us smarter because during sleep that's all the information we received was processed by the brain. Before the exams, students are advised to study in the afternoon and evening, when night and day students are encouraged to sleep as usual. Article from (INFO MENARIK, n.d) quote that sleep also can add vision capabilities and our concentration.
The next ways, we must have a positive attitude or positive thinking. The positive thinking can achieve your goals but if you negative thinking or pessimistic, it can’t achieve your dream come true in your live. Always positive thinking and face the challenges. Positive thinking helps maintain our brain health. Allowing you to think positive, think about any good things and cheerful to help relieve stress and can make our bodies to stay ageless. (ryanthoe, 2010)
After than you can make habit of clean live like a wash your hands after you are gone and before your eat. Take a bath more less two hours in each day. It can make refresh and clean your body. Brush your teeth two times each day such us after your eat and before your sleep it good oral hygienist. Hygiene helps to reduce the circulation of bacteria and viruses that are invisible and reduce the effects of free radicals and various form of material that is harmful for health. (ryanthoe, 2010)
Finally we must avoid drugs, because drugs not good for our body and it can make the consumer to be addicted. If you addicted we can difficult to avoid drugs and Drugs can lost much money and make us expelled from our society group. Say no to drugs. in conclution if we want to be healthy we must have healthy habits in our life.than we know that keeping healthy is not spending much money if we compare with how much earning we should spend if we get illness.
